I’m already on my second batch of Laura’s delicious ritual cacao… so happy she introduced me to the benefits and I’ve really enjoyed building the ritual into my daily routine.

A cup of cacao, served in a beautiful ceramic cup made by a very talented friend in Dorset, has replaced my second cup of coffee on days when I’m at home mid morning.

I like to make mine with organic almond milk, always a little grating of cinnamon, often ginger and a dash of maple syrup. It’s been fun sharing different ways of preparing it with my friend Anna who’s also new to the ritual of Cacao de Mer - we’ve been swapping salts… smoked sea salt is great and my latest find, which goes so well with cacao, is Sicilian orange salt
